Gantry Loader:
UST Technologies offers a standard line of (1) axis to (5) axis gantries w/payloads from 50Kg to 500Kg. The Gantry Express controller uses the latest in AC servo motion control technology. Every Gantry Express comes with a teach pendent for ease of positional programming. The Gantry Express controller is PC based and networkable. Program data can be generated offline via simple spreadsheet editor/text editor.

Robotic Slide Tracks:
· Pneumatic Driven (UST-PD)
· Servo Driven (UST-SD)
· Track is fully enclosed from weld spatter and dirt
· Positioners and sliders are completely controlled from the teaching pendant
· Can be operated independently or in synchronization with robot(s)
· Designed for compact installation
· Stroke between 3 feet (1m) and 22.6 feet (6.9m)
· Mounting Configurations include floor and overhead
